Breeze Heat & Air is a Proud
Rheem Pro Partner in Northwest Arkansas

Not every HVAC company that sells Rheem equipment is a Rheem Pro Partner. Pro Partner status is a separate certification — earned through factory training, service standards, and annual performance evaluation. It's the difference between a company that carries Rheem products and a company that Rheem has certified to represent their brand.

Breeze Heat and Air holds Pro Partner status. That means when we install a Rheem system in your NWA home, you're getting the warranty coverage, installation standards, and support that only Pro Partner dealers can provide.

What It Actually Means

What "Rheem Pro Partner" Actually Means for You

Here's the thing most homeowners don't realize. You can walk into a supply house and buy a Rheem system without any certification. Any HVAC company can sell Rheem equipment. The Pro Partner program is a different thing entirely — it's a certification that Rheem maintains for contractors who meet ongoing standards for training, customer service, and installation quality.

To earn and keep Pro Partner status, Rheem evaluates us annually. That's not a one-time test — it's an ongoing accountability system. Here's what the program requires:

Annual Evaluation

Rheem evaluates Pro Partners every year on customer service, installation quality, and program standards. It's not a certification you earn once and keep forever.

Black feedback icon with three faces and a hand cursor selecting the neutral face.

Minimum 4-Star Rating Required

Pro Partners must maintain a minimum 4-star customer rating based on Rheem-validated reviews from real homeowners to maintain eligibility. Our 5-star Google rating reflects this standard.

Factory Training and Technical Standards

Pro Partners stay current on Rheem equipment, installation specifications, and new product lines through ongoing training. We know the equipment at a level general dealers don't.

Accountability to Installation Standards

Rheem holds Pro Partners accountable for proper installation and service of their equipment. If we cut corners, we risk losing certification. That accountability protects you.

Authenticated Reviews

Rheem authenticates the ratings and reviews used to evaluate Pro Partners. You're not looking at manufactured numbers — these are verified customer experiences.

4★+ Minimum customer rating to maintain Pro Partner status
Annual Re-evaluation required — not a one-time certification
10yr Conditional parts warranty available on qualifying equipment
5.0★ Breeze Heat & Air Google rating — above Pro Partner minimum
What This Means vs Competitors

Paschal, Anderson Air, Pure Comfort, Bud Anderson, and Aire Serv all sell HVAC equipment in NWA. None of them have a dedicated Rheem Pro Partner page. Some may carry Rheem products. But Pro Partner certification — with its annual evaluation, rating requirements, and factory accountability — is a separate credential they cannot simply claim because they stock Rheem equipment.

Rheem Equipment Tiers

The Three Rheem Equipment Tiers — Explained Simply

Rheem offers three product tiers, each designed for different comfort goals and budgets. As a Pro Partner, we install all three and help you choose the right one for your home and situation. Here's the honest breakdown.

Top Tier Prestige Series

Rheem's most advanced equipment — the Endeavor Line falls here. Variable-speed compressors and blower motors, best-in-class efficiency, quietest operation, and the strongest warranty coverage. Designed for homeowners who want the best long-term performance and the lowest utility bills.

  • Variable-speed compressors and blower motors
  • Highest SEER2 efficiency ratings (18–20+)
  • Best humidity control for NWA summers
  • Quietest operation of the three tiers
  • 10-year conditional parts warranty available
  • EcoNet smart thermostat compatibility
  • Best long-term energy savings
Mid Tier Classic Plus Series

The strong middle ground. Two-stage compressors provide noticeably better efficiency and comfort than standard single-stage units without the full cost of top-tier variable-speed equipment. A practical choice for most NWA homeowners looking for meaningful improvement at a realistic price point.

  • Two-stage compressors for better efficiency
  • Mid-range SEER2 ratings (15–17)
  • Better humidity control than Classic
  • Quieter operation than single-stage
  • 10-year conditional parts warranty available
  • Good balance of upfront cost and efficiency
Entry Tier Classic Series

Reliable, straightforward single-stage systems. They meet the current SEER2 efficiency minimums for Arkansas, do the job consistently, and carry a lower upfront cost. A practical choice when budget is the primary consideration and the home's comfort challenges aren't complex.

  • Single-stage reliable operation
  • Meets 14.3 SEER2 Arkansas minimum
  • Lower upfront cost
  • 10-year conditional parts warranty available
  • Rheem build quality across all tiers
💡
Our Honest Recommendation Process

We don't automatically push every customer toward the Prestige Series because it has the highest margin. We assess your home, your budget, and your comfort goals and then recommend the tier that actually makes sense for your situation. Sometimes the Classic Series is the right answer. We'll tell you that.

Warranty Coverage

What Warranty Coverage You Get with a Pro Partner Installation

Rheem's warranty varies by equipment tier and product. Here's what's available when Breeze, as a certified Pro Partner, installs your system — and what you need to know about registration requirements.

The most important thing to understand is that maximum warranty coverage requires product registration with Rheem after installation. We handle that registration process as part of our installation handoff — you don't have to figure it out yourself.

Pro Partner installations include assistance with Rheem product registration, which is required to access conditional warranty coverage. Standard dealers often don't walk customers through this step, which means homeowners lose extended coverage they were entitled to.

Rheem also offers Protection Plus warranty extension on qualifying products, which extends coverage beyond the standard limited warranty period. Ask us about Protection Plus options during your estimate.

10-Year Conditional Parts Warranty

Available on qualifying Rheem equipment across all tiers. Requires product registration with Rheem after installation. Covers parts for 10 years — one of the strongest standard warranties in the residential HVAC industry.

Black calendar icon with a dotted circular border and a magnifying glass overlay

Unit Replacement Warranty

Select Rheem models offer a conditional unit replacement warranty — meaning if a covered major component fails, Rheem replaces the unit rather than just the part. Available on qualifying models with registration.

Protection Plus Extended Warranty

Rheem's Protection Plus program extends coverage on qualifying products beyond the standard limited warranty period. Ask us about Protection Plus options during your estimate — it's not available through general dealers.

Breeze Installation Labor Warranty

Our installation labor is backed by our own warranty. If something isn't right with how we installed it, we come back and make it right at no charge. Separate from manufacturer equipment warranties.

Pro Partner Financing

KwikComfort Financing — Available Through Our Pro Partner Status

One of the concrete benefits of working with a Rheem Pro Partner is access to Residential KwikComfort Financing through Synchrony Bank. This financing program is part of the Pro Partner package — it's designed specifically to help homeowners afford higher-efficiency equipment without having to choose between what's comfortable and what's in the budget.

Here's what that means in practical terms. A homeowner who might be looking at a Classic Series system because of budget constraints may be able to access a Prestige Series system through financing — and the monthly energy savings from the higher-efficiency equipment often offset a meaningful portion of the monthly payment. We walk through this comparison honestly during every estimate.

Financing is available on qualifying purchases. All financing is provided by Synchrony Bank and subject to credit approval. We're transparent about the terms — visit our financing page for full disclosure details before applying.

We believe a limited budget should never prevent a Northwest Arkansas homeowner from getting the comfort equipment their home needs. That's the whole point of this program.

Why Choose Breeze

Why NWA Homeowners Choose Breeze for Their Rheem Installation

Pro Partner certification is important. But it's only meaningful if the company holding it actually operates the way the program requires. Here's how we approach every Rheem installation we do in NWA.

Black zipper icon with a white pull tab on a white background

Proper Sizing — Every Time

We size every system using load calculation methodology — not by matching the old unit and calling it done. An oversized Rheem system is still an oversized system. It will short cycle, fail to dehumidify, and wear out early. We don't cut that corner regardless of how it would affect our schedule.

Black zipper icon with a pull tab and teeth on a white background

We Handle Warranty Registration

Product registration with Rheem is required to access the full conditional warranty. We complete that registration for every system we install as part of our handoff process. Most general dealers leave this to the homeowner — and many homeowners don't know they need to do it.

Black zipper icon on a white background

Factory-Trained on Rheem Equipment

Our technicians are trained on Rheem's current product lineup, installation specifications, and the 2025 refrigerant regulation changes. We know this equipment in a way that comes from dedicated training — not just field experience on whatever brand happens to be popular.

Black zipper icon on white background

Honest Tier Recommendations

We tell you which tier actually makes sense for your home and situation — not the one that makes us the most money. Sometimes the Classic Series is the right choice. When it is, that's what we recommend. We'd rather earn your trust than upsell you on features you'll never notice.

Black zipper icon on a white background

Pro Partner Warranty Access

Because we're certified Pro Partners, we can offer extended warranty programs and Protection Plus coverage that standard Rheem dealers cannot provide. That's a concrete, measurable benefit of our certification status — not just a marketing badge.

FAQ

Rheem Pro Partner Questions We Hear All the Time

Real questions. Honest answers.

What is a Rheem Pro Partner and how is it different from a regular Rheem dealer?

Any HVAC company can purchase and install Rheem equipment. A Rheem Pro Partner is a separate certification — earned through factory training, ongoing service standards, and annual performance evaluation by Rheem. Pro Partners must maintain a minimum 4-star customer rating based on Rheem-validated reviews. They're also held accountable for installation quality in ways that general dealers are not. The certification is reviewed every year, not granted once and kept forever.

Does it cost more to use a Rheem Pro Partner?

Not necessarily. Pro Partners have access to factory pricing and equipment programs that can actually offset costs compared to general dealers. More importantly, the warranty coverage available through a Pro Partner installation — including extended programs like Protection Plus — provides value that a lower upfront price from a general dealer may not include. We provide upfront pricing on every estimate so you can compare clearly.

What's the difference between the Rheem Prestige, Classic Plus, and Classic Series?

These are Rheem's three equipment tiers. The Prestige Series includes variable-speed compressors and blower motors, the highest efficiency ratings, best humidity control, and quietest operation — it's their top tier. The Classic Plus Series uses two-stage compressors for noticeably better performance than single-stage without the full cost of variable-speed. The Classic Series is reliable single-stage equipment that meets current efficiency standards at the most accessible price point. All three come with a 10-year conditional parts warranty when registered.

What is the Rheem Endeavor Line?

The Endeavor Line is Rheem's most advanced equipment — it falls within the Prestige Series tier. It features inverter-driven variable-speed technology, the highest SEER2 efficiency ratings, and EcoNet smart home system integration. It represents the top of what Rheem currently offers for residential heating and cooling. We can go through the Endeavor Line options during your estimate if that level of performance is something you're interested in.

Do I need to register my Rheem product to get the full warranty?

Yes. Rheem's conditional warranty coverage — including the 10-year parts warranty on qualifying equipment — requires product registration with Rheem after installation. We complete this registration as part of our standard installation handoff. Many homeowners who had Rheem equipment installed by general dealers don't know this step was required and discover later that they only have the unregistered warranty period, which is shorter. We make sure that doesn't happen.

Which Rheem tier is right for my NWA home?

It depends on your home, your comfort situation, and your budget. In NWA, where summers are long and humid, variable-speed equipment from the Prestige Series handles humidity significantly better than single-stage Classic equipment — which matters a lot in a July that runs for three months. But that's not the right answer for every situation. We do a proper assessment and give you an honest recommendation based on what your specific home actually needs, not what's most profitable for us to install.

Can I get financing on a Rheem system through Breeze?

Yes. As a Rheem Pro Partner, we offer Residential KwikComfort Financing through Synchrony Bank on qualifying purchases. Financing allows you to access higher-efficiency equipment that monthly energy savings can help offset. All financing is subject to credit approval by Synchrony Bank. Visit our financing page for current terms and our disclosure page for the full Synchrony terms.

Do your competitors in NWA offer the same Pro Partner warranty coverage?

Some NWA companies sell Rheem products. Whether they hold current Pro Partner certification — with its annual evaluation requirements, customer rating minimums, and accountability standards — is something worth asking directly. Pro Partner status is specific and verifiable. A company that sells Rheem equipment is not automatically a Rheem Pro Partner.
